postpartum doula support

A postpartum doula brings support as a family transitions into their life with a new baby!

  • A one hour prenatal planning session to determine your postpartum support plan

  • 4 hour visits consisting of postnatal care for parents and newborn, lactation support and infant feeding, older sibling care, light household tasks, and cooking/meal prep

  • Emotional support for new parents

  • Access to evidence-based information and postnatal resources

  • Referrals to other professionals within the community, as needed including a pelvic floor specialist, lactation consultant, infant sleep specialist, etc.

daytime support $40-55/hr (4 hr minimum) 

overnight support $50-65/hr (7 hr minimum) 

sibling doula support

A sibling doula brings birth awareness, emotional intelligence, and age-appropriate guidance, helping children transition through such a significant family moment with curiosity, connection, and comfort!

  • One prenatal “playdate” to build connection with your child, identify comfort items, engage in sibling-focused crafts/activities to help prepare siblings emotionally

  • Continuous support—covering labor, birth, and early postpartum with the siblings. Includes optional assistance: snack prep, simple storytelling, or quiet connection.

$40 per hour (4 hr minimum)

my rates are on a sliding scale + I trust my clients in picking a rate that is reflective of their current financial situation!
